A Secured Memory Impairment Neighborhood is a structured, seven-day-a-week therapeutic activity-based program. The goal of our program is to help residents lead a meaningful life. We distinguish ourselves by offering the care that every senior deserves and the care that every family member can trust.
- Northern Metropolitan provides a discreet, secure, special care unit to accommodate residents at the facility, staffed by professionals who undergo ongoing specialized training in dementia care. Recreational activities are adapted and designed to meet the special needs of the population. Northern Metropolitan has also been the recipient of two dementia grants from the New York State Department of Health.
- Northern Adult Day Health Center in Brooklyn provides medical and rehabilitative services, as well as nursing care, physical therapy, counseling and recreational services, to those who live at home with early stage Alzheimer's and related disorders.
- Northern Manor Multicare Center is a long-term skilled nursing facility and rehabilitation center in a warm, home-like environment, featuring a multidisciplinary approach that offers something for everyone.
- Northern Riverview Assisted Living offers comprehensive short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing services, along with panoramic river views.
